Cancellation Policy

For Customers

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be charged partially or in full, depending on the provider's policy.

For Providers

Providers must give clients at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Repeat cancellations without cause may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
